Fruit Profile

• Appearance: Vibrant yellow skin with small spines that typically fall off when ripe; white flesh.
• Flavor: Sweet and juicy with a honey or light lemon aftertaste – one of the sweetest dragon fruit varieties around; Brix over 20.
• Size: Generally larger and rounder than typical yellow Colombian varieties.

Plant Characteristics

• Growth: A vigorous, self-fertile, fast-growing climbing cactus, though fruit maturation can take up to 6 months.
