Connie Mayer is a German-bred hybrid (Hylocereus stenopterus × undatus) by Eckhard Meier, producing a beautiful hot-pink flower and small, plentiful fruit that stays greenish with pink fin tips when ripe. The white flesh offers a rosy-floral flavor with hints of coconut and averages 20-plus Brix, sweetening further the longer it hangs.
This listing is for a 15–17 inch cutting. Connie Mayer is self-sterile, so grow it with a compatible pollinator or hand-pollinate.
